SLVR problem?

Question

when i hook up my slvr to my computer through usb it us to show up on i tunes on the source bar but i could see it after half a year later when i bought the phone ...so i called up Motorola since my phone was still in warranty they gave me a new one...yay i got my new fone and when i hooked it up it worked i could see it on the source bar....yay well later on i hooked it up again and i couldt see it on the source bar now iam like damn it...can u please help

when the plug in itunes appears close it out and try going to my computer and open the music and try to drag and drop
