How can I download two versions of internet Explorer in one PC.?

Please help me out.My PC is Japanese version OS and the IE is also in Japanese language but I tried to update to IE 7 which automaticaly changes to English Language which is what I wanted.But it does tell me that Error has occured it needed to close IE has encountered a problem.Everything closes down,I uninstalled and the Japanese IE is working well.What do I do to get it working well or possibility of using the two indifferently.

You can get a language pack , would be a lot less trouble than dual booting 2 windows.
Other than that, partition the HD, put one on C: and one on D:.
