My friend is about 11 or 15 years older then him..he has gone to back to mexico and all he is doing spending mad amounts of money to mexico..she ..My friend has help get his man his paper..he supports her very little..the family who lives in mexico lives like kings and queen for all this American money..My friend lives like she is homeless.What are her options..If she tells imigration..she thinks he married her for his paper..she'll be in trouble..what to do?? He gives her nothing..She lives like she is in a 3rd world country..NOT america, where she thought she found someone who loves her for who she is...NOT what she could give him and his family only..Please any advise??

She should file for divorce, have him served next time he is in the country and put an end to the maddness. She should not worry about immigration if her state of mind at the time of the marriage was not one of fraud than she is fine. She can't be responsible if his state of mind was something different. She probably feels foolish for being taken advantage of like this but she needs to see that her friends stand by her and will help her out during this time.

Look 1. untill he's actually married, its his money to spend he needs no ones permission on how to spend it, if he wants to go into debt over his family thats his choice.. 2. If you need to ask if u should stay with a man that belittles you.. then i can understand why he's making fun of u.. because your obviously dense.. NO u dont stay with someone that doesnt respect u , plain and simple..

She needs to call immigration, she didn't do anything illegal, she did it for love, so she didn't do anything wrong by marrying him. He is the one who is going to be in trouble, then again, maybe not since he is legal now. She can divorce him, leave the house one day when he isn't there, pack up all her stuff and go, cut off all communication with him and never look back. She needs to speak with an attorney.

Simple, all she has to do is stop giving him money. Open a new checking/savings account and don't give him access.
More than likely he did marry her for his papers. In my younger days, I had a couple of immigrants that kept asking me to marry them. I knew the real reason, so I dumped them.
I don't believe in divorce, but in this case, it may be wise.

If she really loves him, then you should stay out of it, and if she doesn't, then she should call immigration on him. They have to be married at least 2 years for the citizen ship to go through

First don't give him any money that she earns. Call immigration, she won't be in trouble, because she can say she believed he loved her, but his actions prove different. She needs to get out and get out fast.
