You work for 10 years after finishing school, then you get to retire for 15 years before you have to return to work. But then you have to work until you die? What are the benefits of this plan for you and for the company you work for? What are the drawbacks (and money is not an issue so don't say money!)

the benefit for you- you get 15 years when you are young to do what you want with out being tied down to a job -I don't think there would really be a benefit for the company cuz generally as a person gets older the more health problems there are and if the company is paying health ins then there is a bigger pay out by them

Not to much.

I'm 70 & have been working or as I like to say now, have been doing things for almost 60 yrs.

Yes when I was 11 or 12 I did work around a farm for money.

I have no plans to retire.

How can you say money isn't an issue?

I would never pay you to sit around for 15 years. And I'll bet you that you won't find any one that would buy in to your plan.

Or are you going to work 10 years for nothing?
