its normal for women to lose a little weight during the beginning of their pregnancy because morning sickness makes keeping somethings down hard, and the nausea is UNBEARABLE at times. As long as you havent lost TOO much weight, you have nothing to worry about

It's not recommended to "try" to lose weight. However, I lost 10 pounds at the beginning. I haven't gained any weight since either but have not lost or gained any weight since then. If it is a huge amount talk to your doctor. Mine was just from morning sickness. Any concerns please ask your doctor.

I am 11 weeks 1 day

Definately. I am overweight a bit(not obese), and lost enough in my first 3 months that when I was full term I weighed the same as before I was pregnant. Just make sure you keep hydrated. If you don't, it can make it impossible for you to eat and keep anything down. If you are worried because you seem to be losing too much, talk to a doctor.

Oh my goodness, yes!

I don't know if it's "normal" but it's certainly common!

There are so many reasons why you might. Nausea and vomiting, you're eating healthier, you eating less just because you're preocuppied.

I know a women who lost so much during her first trimester that when she delivered she was only 15lbs heavier than when she conceived.

I have heard of women who were obese and because they lead a healthier lifestyle they weighed less when they delievered than when they conceived!

Yes definitely... My boss lost kilos but noticed that her pants were tighter. Its mainly due to morning sickness... I don't think its too much to worry about as long as your not shrinking considerably bad. If your m/s is really bad, see a doctor because you may be dehydrated.
