How do u get talismans on Runescape?

All i have is: Mind, Earth, Body, and Air talismans and i also need duplacits so i can make tiaras(Earth, Air, Fire,etc...)

i have a lots of talismans but i had drop them... found by killing goblin or imp...

Usually Imps drop them when you kill them.

I just buy them from the store.
