I have tried that too, and for the most part it was okay. I would only extend by two weeks though. I actually wore one pair for two months, then at work, they started to desintigrate in my eyes. It was a very nasty thing to happen.

i've got been donning contacts for 9 years and that i don't think of I even have ever worn a pair of contacts for under 2 weeks. Now i don't advise that the two lol. My eyes have been ok for some years. yet finally i began getting fairly undesirable eye infections so I had to start donning my glasses greater. Now-a-days I nonetheless positioned on my contacts longer than 2 weeks yet not as long as I used to. possibly like 3 weeks. all and sundry's eyes are distinctive too. they are going to react in a distinctive thank you to distinctive circumstances. i be attentive to that each time I do put in a sparkling pair of contacts i will experience the version and it feels solid! I purely cant have the money for to throw them away after 2 weeks. i'm a broke college student! =]

it's fine as long as you don't wear them when sleeping, make sure they are infection free (new liquid every time, or couple times if your conservative).
If they become dry, remove them and put them back in later.
Try not to wear them too long, because these do have limits, and can rip apart while you're wearing them if you've used them too much.
Also, you can try not wearing them certain days like on weekends. Use your glasses then instead to give your eyes a break.

I think alot of contact wearers do that...As long as your eye isn't irritated it should be ok..use good judgement for the lense life though.

No - that's why they are called "monthly contacts" and NOT "two monthly contacts".
