mortgage for a land?

if u wanna buy a land without house built,can u do the mortgage....or u have to pay in cash???

You can do a mortgage. If you find a good, local mortgage broker they should be able to help you out.

Yes you can you need to see your local bank you will probably need to put 20 to 30% down
