Yup always

The only hope you can rely on is yourself, if you're scared of something that would happen to you or family..the best way is to tell yourself that everything will be fine and normal like before. That's what keeping me alive until now

not only do i convince myself - i am confident of myself. i know that everything will be alright - even though i might cry and be sad. thats life . if i am hoping to be happy all the time - thats sad. because life is beautiful when all are emotions are expressed and experienced.

no matter what - be happy and grateful for what you have - then you know, that your blessed and that everything will be fine

no
and sometimes i lose sleep.
i dont drink casually, but two or three times a year i go get sloshed binging for a day or two. that kinda helps bridge the gap to non-worry. an emotional visitation back to innocense in some regards if you will.

My life experience has taught me that everything is temporary - the good times and the bad times. So when I'm going through a hard time I know that it will get better . . . and then difficult again . . . and then better again. . .It's just a part of life.
