ohh...Revlon had brow fantasy..is is perfect!

one end is the pencil, the other end is the brow gel with brush.

it comes in blond..auburn, brunette.

it is fabulous!!!!

Vaseline. Use a brow brush.

cover girl and maybeline makes both are inexpensive around $4.00 you can find it at cvs.
