Don't forget to use the old introduction, supporting paragraphs, and closure rule when you are writing.
With the facts that you have presented you need to offer your experiences and goals, then integrate UC Davis into them. Example, what do you have to offer UC Davis and what does UC David have to offer you (to make you a better person) more than some other MBA program.

I would go into how I would fit in at their school...how my extracurricular activities mesh with those offered at the school. I would also detail how my academic needs are best suited by UC Davis...go along that route.
