I honour my mother. She was a young widow at age 27 and raised me through a lot of illness and a disability. She was unselfish and remains so to this day, despite not being a wealthy woman she would give her friends and/or family the shirt of her back if they needed it. I was not a joy to raise, as an only child, and was involved in a lot of things that society would not approve of, yet she continued to love me unconditionally. For this and many more reasons she would have to get my nod as far as me honouring someone.

My grandmother.

I respect her for all that she does for my family, and the community. Through her battle with breast cancer, she still managed to take in foster children. She never turns any child or person away when they're in need. She is more like a mother to me in many ways. She will never judge me, she will never restrict me from being me, she will never yell or hurt me, she will love and encourage me to do anything I want to do. People say that her and I are so much a like, and it's truly an Honor to hear that. There isn't a task that she asks of me that I won't do for her. Right now she wants me to be free from restrictions and rules, and to live my life how I want to live it. It's hard doing that when I'm being controlled by my older siblings and mother who live their lives through me. Thanks to my grandmother maybe I can set myself free and live and learn by my mistakes and not by the ones that I observe. For that I will always always be grateful, and honored to have her as my grandmother. A woman composed of so much love, strength, and life.

I would have to say my apostle. she is an awesome, phenominal woman of God. She feeds her sheep and does not lead them astray. I thank God for a apostle like her.
