Tollerance, and attachment parenting... long drawn out subject but basicly its being a stay at home mom so your baby doesnt have to go through the anxiety of going to day care. Its about not letting them cry if at all possible. Up untill she was about 4 months old we co slept in the same bed. now she sleeps through the night in her own room but in the off chance she does wake up i nurse her in my bed with us as a family. Its all about gaingin trust and an awesome bond with your kids. Those are the two things i most strongly believe in.

The only "belief" I carry is that we humans will find a way to solve our petty differences and live reasonably peacefully on this planet.

That's really the only thing I "believe" with no evidence to back it up. On pretty much everything else, I go by logic, reason, and evidence :)

Peace.

Really, I have 2.

1.) Respect is to be earned, not assumed.

· Respect is to be earned, not assumed based on age or rank. If someone is worthy of respect, show them respect. If they are not, don’t. The same goes for disrespect, but if you are worthy of respect yourself you will just walk away and ignore the person. How can you respect someone who does not show you respect?

· Age is not something to base respect on. You may believe that our elders have years of experience over us. This may be true, but what kind of experience? You have no idea what they have learned or how far they may have fallen. They could have learned nothing more than how to cook crack, or they could have learned how to save people’s lives.

· Rank is not something to base your respect for someone on either. People will cheat and lie to advance in the world. Do you really respect someone who could have lied to you? I know that would set me back on respecting them, unless they prove that they have changed. In addition, people in authority, like the cops, can’t handle the responsibility of that position; no one can, so you must watch out.

· Needless to say, this also includes: race, location, gender, height, opinion, social status, background and anything along those lines. Forming an opinion on someone for these reasons would be nothing more than ignorant. All people are equal, no matter when, where, or how they grew up. Not agreeing with someone is not a reason to show them less respect than they deserve.

· I am not saying to disrespect your elders. I am not saying to disrespect people who are higher than you. What I am saying is to earn your respect, and respect others who earn it. You have to judge the personality, morals, beliefs, and actions. Not how old they are, or what position they hold.

2.) Creation Vs. The Big Bang & Evolution

· It really doesn’t matter if you support the big Bang theory or not, just like evolution, maybe those theory’s are true, maybe not, I really don’t know. Personally I don’t think either the big bang or evolutions are what really happened, but what I think really doesn’t matter.

· Did the big Bang happen or not? Either way God created all that exists, the heavens and the earth, and all on it. Maybe the big bang really happened, if so what was the small particle that expanded into all this, where it came from. The laws of physics say "mater cannot be created or destroyed", and you say we came from nowhere? That doesn’t hold up very well, but accepting the fact that God created the universe is outside the laws of physics, which is where you must be to cause any mater to come into existence, even one particle.

· About evolution, the bible does not mention this, not because it did not happen, but because it does not affect out salvation. I personally do not believe the theory of evolution, but that’s because I have studied it myself and it doesn’t hold up. But I could be wrong, maybe it is what happened. But why does it matter, it’s a THERY, (not a proven fact), Darwin did not even fully believe this theory.

· I am just tired of hearing people at my church (and other Christians) arguing with atheists about these two topics, it doesn’t even matter. Where is it in the bible that specifically says god did not make animals that can change over time, or specifically how he created the universe, it doesn’t, because it doesn’t matter to our salvation, which is what the bible is about.

· Don’t argue what you don’t know, especially if it is something that doesn’t matter. What I do know is that god created everything and we must accept Christ and follow him in order to have eternal life (with god, not in hell). These are my thoughts on two controversial topics. Please share yours by adding comments.

No one has the right to insult your family. If they do, you have every right to cause them as much pain as possible. All dirty blows count, and are 'legal'
