I was kinda wondering something like that, myself; not necessarily regarding Jack Bauer though. Admittedly, I'm a very casual viewer of the show, but I do know that they've had 2 black presidents in a row. I'm not sure if it's just me, but I'm smelling affirmative action in the 24 White House...
