I disagree. While the KKK was/is cowardly, Al-Queda is not. I say that they are not cowardly not because they attack civilians, but because they show a willingness to die for something that they believe in that far exceeds what many people would show. There are few people who are willing to die for what they believe in, and Al-Queda has shown zeal in the face of death. This is what makes them not cowardly. Now, when I say this I am talking about the people who willingly blow themselves up for the greater cause- not the people who remotely detonate roadside bombs as our soldiers pass by; that is cowardly.

The same form? Perhaps. But not the same level. The 9/11 attacks and other acts of violence are far more heinous than anything the KKK has ever committed, and other white supremacists who praised the 9/11 attacks admitted they don't have the "testicular fortitude" to do the kinds of things that Al-Qaida is guilty of.

The one distinction between Al-Qaida and the KKK, besides the religions they choose to distort for their own agendas, is that the KKK is hung up on white supremacy. Al-Qaida doesn't make race an issue. You can be red, yellow, black, white or brown, and be recruited as a member, as long as you follow their twisted version of Sunni Islam. Unfortunatley, this makes it easier to recruit more people to join their cause, and thus makes them more dangerous.

No. The KKK are a bunch of idiotic good-ole-boy drunkards attempting to take back whatever semblance of power their grandparents had seventy years ago. They're pretty much useless and powerless now. Al-Queda is a real threat. I wouldn't call them cowardly, considering the bold nature of their attacks.

No. The KKK is just a punch of stupid thugs. They haven't committed mass murder. While both are evil, al Qaida is far worse.
