I don't remember the US annexing Austria. Must have slept through that war. If you can find one solitary terrorist group with Iraqis in it, I would argue that there are plenty of terrorists in Spain (ETA), Ireland (militant IRA) and, yes, even here in the good old USA (Kaszinsky, McVeigh, Weather underground, KKK, skinhead groups, etc.).
