In the past have you normally had your period on time and was regular?
I would first if you can get a home test, the EPT one is the best in my opinion, or if there is a local clinic that does pregnancy tests for free. It's better to be safe than sorry.
If it's negative you might want to find some stress reducers in your life. you can be stressed out and not feel it.
