Not just yet. He was smart enough to get Cutcliffe to come back and they went from 5-6 to 9-4. Granted even the 9-4 season was rocky at times, but that's a heck of an improvement from one year to the next with virtually the same team! If they drop off significantly next season with a depleted receiver corps, a revamped D-line and a new kicker, I might be inclined to start thinking about getting rid of him. But if coaches Fulmer, Cutcliffe, and Chavis can take this revamped team and win at least 8 games, they'll be OK as long as they step up and win the bowl game.
