When I am nervous about something I have a wide range of things I can do that will calm me down, but my mind tells me what I need to do in order to calm down.

It might be listening to classical music (that actually helps me study), resting, deep breathing, sleep, thinking about something funny, thinking about what it is that is upsetting me, or even crying over something that has happened or might or might not happen.

Best of luck with your exams. I hope all your hard work pays off.

I usually do something that involves no thinking: watch TV, get online, just stare at the wall. If that doesn't work and I just need to get out of the house I go for a walk or go to the gym. If I've been having a stressful day I call up my boyfriend and tell him all about it, even though I'm sure it's of no interest to him...he's good though, just listens to me. Masturbation works too.

Listen to some music you really love. Anything by the Beatles or Paul McCartney really helps me relax

A nice hot bath with jasmine essential oil in it and jasmine incense burning in the bathroom and relaxing music. I just relax in the tub, listen to the nice music and take in the wonderful smell of jasmine. Relaxes me and I sleep like a baby.

In such cases I make myself some of my favorite tea and relax.
It's aroma-therapy, and green tea usually helps you lose weight (and is full of anti-oxidants.) Last time I have done that was two days ago. I was watching the snow through my window, relaxing. It was very good.

1. Great sex on the beach with my hot Latin lover named D'Angelo Jesus Jose Rodriguez-Tortuga Bernandez. Sizzle-Sizzle. Aruba-Aruba (lol)!

LAUGHing and having a great time at home with a movie usually makes mid-terms less stranious. Try it...!

music. for me its metal. dark evil sinister loud violent metal calms me down. (sounds kinda backwords to you normal people) but anything you like. put on headphones so you cant hear anything else and some food.

personaly i drown out all sounds but my music with my music drink about 4litres of soda and read (sometimes i read but not often) and i just marinate untill im calmed.

My son's smile.....knowing that if i studied...the answers r there....just breath....relax....is just a test....not life or death....even if it feels that way...........I just think of something that I have done or plan to do that brought me a sense of fullness........Maybe the day my son gave me the sky.....that one calms me and fills me with peace.......no matter how cheesy it may sound.......
