Is it true that the third Eragon book will come out in Australia most likely 2007 (summer)?

The third book in the Inheritance trilogy hasn't even officially been named yet, or given a U. S. release date (and since it is a U. S. author, I would think there would have to be a U. S. date before an Australian one).
