Yes, look it up. I posted something in another category a couple of weeks ago about this. I think the article said they may start as early as 4 or 5.

I don't think they're masterbating in the fashion that you or I would, in order to receive some degree of gratification, I believe it's being done to experiment different sensations that are developing in the genitals. It's perfectly normal.

It can be normal but it depends on the context of the behavior and associations of when and why it may have started...sometimes it is not normal at all but the result of some type of exposure. Talk to the child.

you are not in the wrong she took advantage of you and i f i were you i would tell your mother or father or someone thats wrong and she may not even know its that wrong but you two are way to young to be doing things like that you need to tel your mother and if she doesn't believe you then show her this post maybe you dont want to tell her then being this blog up let her read this. and dont go by your causin for a long time she is sick if she knows what she is doing, shes 15 she should know at least. good luck honey and for your girlfriend tell her to shut up she has no right to comment on it saying your cheating shes not a very good support shoulder in this case.

Absolutely! They are learning about their bodies. Just don't make them feel that they are doing something wrong or bad, because that could cause them to have issues later in life.
