I've already shrunked my shirts by washing them in hot water then drying them in hot dryer.. Wonder if i can repeat the same process to further shrink the shirt?

most likely you shrunk it to the furtiest it would shrink. Though there are times where garments do shrink furture, particularly flannel and silk are two from my experience.

not possibe, thers a certain limit to how much fibres can shrink

Yup you can. I'm very good at it although it's not always on purpose.

not likely , the garment has shrank as much as it is going to.

nah it wont shrink more it will just stay the same size(DONT DO THIS A MILLION TIMES....YOUR WASHING MACHINE(AND DRIER) WILL EXPLODE!!!)
