not the whole pack at once. there are some monophasic pill brands that can be used as emergency contraceptive (morning after pill). depending on the brand is the right dosage. some brands you must take 2 pills and after 12 hours another 2. some may require you to take 4 pills and another 4 pills after 12 hours. see http://ec.princeton.edu for more info about emergency contraceptive. you can also see there what brands can be used as ec depending on your location.

I dont think they do the same thing. The birth control pill keeps your hormones at a certain level so you dont ovulate. If you've already ovulated I dont think they would work the same way as a morning after pill.

It doesn't sound like a good idea, but my BC has a phone number or website I can go to and they will tell me how to use my pills as a morning after substitute

Not true. If already on the pill if it wasn't working before a whole pack will probably just make you lactate. Even if you weren't on the pill taking the whole pack...um no. And you would probably lactate. And be pregnant. LOL

I dont think so. That sounds very dangerous. Overdose dangerous. Time to call poison control if someone does that.
