Who knows what would be the outcome if Hitler was winning, I would think that wars would last longer because Hitler would most likely wanted to conquer the world since he believed that Nazi lifestyle was the only supreme life to live and he wanted all people of the world to make him a supreme ruler of the world.

There would have been more wars. Hitler was not satisified with just Europe. He was after world domination. If he won WWII, then after about 5 years he would be going for Asia. It would have been worse

There would have been other wars, and the world that we know would be a much different place. Much crueler, without any human rights. The end of WWII led to much greater human rights and forced political leaders to pay for their crimes. Prior to WWII there was no such thing as "crimes against humanity" and "war crimes." Interesting Scenario, lets see how that could have been done.

Germany would have had to defeat Rusia, Great Britain and the USA. Considering that they were able to conquer Europe (Rusia and Great Britain), they would still have needed to cross the Atlantica and invade America...

But lets say that they just did, eventually they would have still needed to fight off Japan, because he would have needed to secure Asia, that in case that the USA had not knocked off Japan on the first place.
