How do you post a website that is downloaded into a zip file on a yahoo website?

I downloaded a free website template on the internet and it was saved as a zip file. Yahoo is my webhost and i would like to know how to place the zip files on to my website.

Step 1: Unzip the file(s) onto your local system in their own directory.

Step 2: Use FTP to upload those now uncompressed files to your yahoo webspace.

That really is the best way. You can modify the files you want on your local macine and then just use FTP to transfer them to your yahoo host account.

I use yahoo hosting too BTW.
