(-: Well, it all depends, doesn't it? If you write a very good book, there's a high probability that it will be published. If you write a rambling, badly-spelt, ill-thought-out book, there's a very good chance it will never be published.
Statistics don't apply to particular cases -- you make your own luck, and you make your own probabilities. Good luck!

It's very difficult to get a book published. Even the greatest authors have had to go through multiple agencies before finding one that liked their idea enough to publish it.
