Forgiveness my friend. Always think about what it feels like to be hated and you can answer your own question. Hate is the most unhealthy feeling a human can endure. It not only makes you feel like s^^t, but it makes you feel like the "lesser" person. Find it in your heart to get over it and find something positive in the person you think you hate. Trust me, been there and done that. Life is good today. Move on with life. Leave the past behind and think of the tomorrows you still have to get through.

You must first learn to truly forgive. You have to forgive yourself AND the person with whom you are angry. True forgiveness is not easy to accomplish but you must learn from the situation and move on with your life. Examine your feelings to find out why you hate the person. Is it jealousy, envy, greed, covetousness, a personal insult that has been done or was it all just a misunderstanding? You must be HONEST with yourself about the situation before you can move on. You may even have to meet with the person and ask their forgiveness for the wrong you have done them. This will take time and don't expect it all to go away overnight.
Always practice the "Golden Rule" - do unto others as you would have others do unto you.

One word Jesus, Jesus is Love. For God so love the world that he gave his only begotten son. and whoso ever believe in him shall not parish but have everlasting life. If you love Jesus you can not hate. Love and hate can not abide in the same heart.Hating a person only hurts you until you let go of the hate you can never be whole. Hate destroys relationships and cause pain and unhappiness. More than likely the person you're hating dose not know or care that you hate them. You only destroy your self with hate. let go and let God. Just pray and ask God to remove that hate from your heart. Hate is such a strong word. Stop hurting yourself it takes far too many emotions to hate. And it is just not worth it in the end.

Well, in my perspective I think that you have to reach deep down inside and ask yourself:'' Is this person worth hating?.''...Spend-
ing time hating this person just makes them feel better. Thery are not loosing sleep at night. They are only renting space in your mind. Stop letting them, whomever they are be your best tennant.
That person feels like they must be doing something right if you sit up and think about them. Pop in an India Arie Cd. I prefer the newest one. You'll feel better, trust me. I know.

I once hated all gays and lesbians and anti-Christians.
But Jesus healed me. Thank God. he had a close friend tell me something that changed me.
He told me, "If you really love Jesus/God, you will also love and respect all people because they are all His hand-crafted creations. To 'love Jesus' but hate people is not real love of God. It's like saying 'I love you, Mom.' and later at dinner throwing down her food to the floor and saying, 'Your food tastes like crud!!!' That is not love. That is hypocrisy."
That's what works for me. I love all people... I hope you do too. Take care and God bless. Long live and prosper.
PS Besides, physical life is way too short to waste on hating others. Why waste it? You won't even be happy hating others anyway. So why hate? It's a waste of time and life.

Time. Remember too, that hate is a prison.......your prison. It does nothing to the other person, just you. Forgiving somebody doesn't mean what they did was right, it just means you can move on. If your husband were to rape me today, I can forgive him. Does that mean I knock on his door and say "here I am, I forgive you, do it to me again?" No, of course not. But it does say, I am free to move on w/ this very short, precious, sweet life.

I've never truly hated anybody.
I think hate is a waste of my time and energy....I have better things to do.
Hating a person gives them power over you because you're taking your precious time thinking about them....let it go, they're not worth it.
Once you do that you'll feel so much better.

First thing that comes to mind would be to punch the $!&% out of him. But on second thought, I believe the only way to rid your life of hate is to fill it with love.

free yourself from the influence of Satan the Devil & he will flee from you. The only way to do this is to pray to God through Jesus' name to help you fight hate and to be more loving.
