The majority women are very scrutinize in their works than male workers. But there are some careless female workers in minority.
As to responsibilty, that depends on individual. Some male workers are very responsible too.

As far as I can tell the entire feminist movement is based on giving rights to women and as a result of each right imposing an additional responsibility on men to make it happen, so I severely doubt it.

The mark of an ideal woman, in most women's minds, is to be someone who is totally free from responsibility and consequence, preferring to blame men and society for their own retarded choices.

The mark of an ideal man to most men is to be a responsible gentleman, even the biggest douchbag most irresponsible men will tell you this.

I think they are because women have more guilt and want to take care of things before they get out of hand.

Definitely...when i want things to be done i trust it more with a woman. women are generally more organized. men tend to slack more often whether its b/c they're lazier or more forgetful. my brother is older than me yet my parents trust me more than him. everything that needs to be done is relied on me.

it really depends on the person and on the circumstances....it doesnt have anything to do with gender.
