Try to do it like I learned calligraphy. 1: Print out all the letters of the alphabet in the font. 2: Get some tracing paper. 3: Get a pen or pencil or whatever you are really comfortable with Or, if you're serious, use a calligraphy pen. 4: Trace one a couple of times (like 20 times?) and move on to your next letter. If you think you need more practice with one letter, keep practicing. 5: Repeat number 4 for about a month or however long you think you need. 6: Watch slowly as your handwriting becomes just like that font! :) Hope this helped! :)

Practice would definitely help, and make sure your doing it the right way. Get a writing pad or notebook and start scribbling. Most people these days no longer used to writing because they are more prone to type their thoughts so better use the pen more often. It may be awkward for you to but a hand writing book but that would help. Plus there is this site where they offer customizable handwriting worksheets see amazinghandwriting.com. I use that site for my tutees.
Enjoy writing!

Get some lined paper, the kind they make for children with two sets of lines: an upper line for the height of upper case letters and letters with asceneders (like L and K) and a middle line (often dotted) for the height of most lower case letters.
Practice, practice, practice making your letters *precise* Most of the pads of this kind of paper include sample letters. Trace them over and over again if you need to. Write out three lines of just "K" or just "E", whatever you need work on.
The only way to get better is to force yourself to.

Take a break, I usually get sloppier the more tired I am. If you must march on..if you are writing by hand try typing..anything to switch up the repetitive motion that is fatiguing your script and therefore distorting your writing
