went on an Atlantic fishing trip, but didn't get a thing. Does that mean there are NO fish in the ocean? (does multiple violations of U.N sanctions count for anything?) What about dismantle and export ? Think that's impossible too?

it is not an issue of exportation, but rather proper administration and monitoring/tracking . The real issue is black market nuclear mat. that became avail. after the fall of Russia..period. Over and Out ..call the Russian maffia for more info.

Unfortunately, most Americans didn't hear the real story before the invasion: that of all the WMDs known to exist (mostly because it was the United States that sold them to Iraq in the first place), all but a small number (in the hundreds) were accounted for and/or destroyed by UNSCOM during the 1990's. Then there is a question of shelf life: the agents we sold would have been useless by 1997 if the UN had not destroyed them anyway, because they degrade quickly.
Keep in mind that there were very few sites that the inspectors were blocked from visiting, and when the inspectors left and informed President Clinton of the sites they were barred from entering, he destroyed all those sites with cruise missiles just to be sure.
So the honest question, that never seemed to have any real pursuit of a rational and honest answer (by either party in Washington D.C. during the 2002 build-up) was this: was Iraq restarting a weapons program? Such a process is rather difficult to hide from satellites, radiological, seismic, and chemical detection methods. The list above assumes that the human intelligence factor has failed. Clearly we now know the answer was a resounding "no". However, even without invading, the majority of inspectors and officials who were actually involved in the day-to-day dismantling of Iraq's WMDs said that Iraq was not a threat. We simply chose not to listen, myself included.
Indeed, as it turned out, Iraq was such a threat that it took us nearly two weeks to completely crush their pathetic army. The occupation, on the other hand, hasn't gone so well, but that's another story...

is every ones memory so short about what actually happened? after 9-11 Americans were angry and yelling for blood the Germans had a man in custody who said Saddam was behind the destruction of the W,T,C, but, they DID NOT have much faith in his story, he was Arabic, later he was Jewish,, then the Israeli Mossad said they had operatives in Baghdad, and he could be trusted, this is mainly the info, our C,I,A, used and gave to the president and congress, America invaded, now Israel is suggesting Saddam moved the W,M,D, to Syria in the night? any damned fool would know if he had /W,M,D, he would have used them against a invading force, so stop the B,S, and admit America has been our witted by Israel again, they got us to get rid of their worst enemy and not lose a man or fire a shot, I kinda think that is pretty cool, don't you? I am not worried about being politially correct nor afraid of no damn bodys remarks so let s be honest and telll it like it is

The WND's were moved to Syria while we were yacking at the UN. From there they move some to the Bekaa Valley & Sudan. At least that seems far more likely than believing that Saddam destroyed them all & managed to hide that from every intel service in the world.

Maybe, but unless you have some kind of evidence one should not act. A cop shouldn't arrest, a country shouldn't invade, etc. My opinion, anyway...

YES, VIOLATIONS OF UN SANCTIONS COUNT FOR SOMETHING, BUT WHEN YOU HAVE EXPERTS SAYING THERE WERE NO WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION IN IRAQ OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN,THEN THAT MEANS THERE ARE NONE. WHEN YOU HAVE A PRESIDENT, VICE PRESIDENT AND SECRETARY OF STATE ADMITTING THERE WERE NONE, BUT YET STILL SAY THAT IRAQ WAS INVOLVED WITH SEPT. 11TH, WHEN EVERYBODY KNOWS IRAQ WASN'T INVOLVED. PRESIDENT BUSH AND VICE PRESIDENT CHENEY ADMITTED IRAQ WAS NOT INVOLVED WITH 9/11, THEN ON THE CAMPAIGN TRAIL THEY SAID IRAQ WAS INVOLVED WITH 9/11, AND WE SAW WHAT HAPPENED, TO THEM, THEY LOST CONGRESS.
