I got a 153 on the LSAT. I have 2.83 average from undergrad. I majored in finance. I have been working for a rental car company and I have recieved one promotion. I'm kind of on the fringe and don't want to waste time applying to schools that I won't get into. I live in Chicago. I would like to stay in the midwest, but I would be willing to move for a few years if I had to. Which law schools should I apply to based on the aforementioned?

I'd look at the 4th Tier schools. You want to stay in the ABA approved area, but that means looking at the 4th tier ones with a couple 3rd tier ones as reach schools. Check John Marshall (in Chicago). Maybe try Creighton as a reach school.

Louisville. Good school. You could likely get in. Not too far from Chicago

You need a remedial law school. I have heard that Gonzaga University has one. There must be others close to you.
