Black Dog by Led Zeppelin.
The greatest band of all time. Everyone in the band was a brilliant musician. John Bonham (drummer with 50 arms), Robert Plant (such a distinctive and full voice), John Paul Jones (bassist extraordinaire), and of course Jimmy Page (one of the greatest guitarists ever ever ever).
Having said all this, a major contender is Jimi Hendrix with Voodoo Chile. Every one know this song and everyone has made a cover of this song. Just brilliant.
