I have never once quoted scripture - don't know any. The only reason I pity Bush is having to have the politically bloodthirsty liberal media.
Has Bush been a perfect President? Of course not - no one is perfect. But really - in both elections, he was the far lesser of two evils. And don't give me that whiny crap about the elections being stolen - you guys where whining about losing this election even before it happened, and when you won, we were all supposed to believe the system was suddenly, magically...the system is repaired. Funny, too, how I haven't heard one single person on the right whining about the '06 vote.
Why don't people see how the left is eroding our rights? I don't mean some mercenary in Gitmo - I mean OUR rights. Hell, a bar owner in some places can't even decide if his patrons can smoke or not - he doesn't have that right. (I hate smoking, for the record, but it IS legal.) They tell us not to hunt, trap, wear fur, not to drive big cars, what to eat..........

Ignorance for the most part. Do we look at the legislation bieng passed by this Administration, and look to see if violates the Constitution? Do we realize the impact that some of this legislation, or the President's action, will have later on done the road? Do we look at what our government is doing? Most people probabaly don't. We fail to look at history. History tells us what tyranical government's and dictators have done in the past to their people. Yet, some of us deny it will happen here. When it is happening right in front of our eyes. It is just like when someone believes that something horrific will not happen to them, because they take all the safety precautions. And yet what is the first thing out of their mouth when something happens. I didn't think it would happen to me. That us the American people. We fail to realize the impact that some of what this Administration is doing will have on the future of America. We don't look five or ten years down the road. We only focus on the present, and the here and now. I sometimes wonder if we are like Stalin's Soviet Union. Stalin had his own people fooled so much that they were writing to him from his concentration camps. And they were telling him what was going on. They did not believe he was capable of such acts. Denial usually is the first step.

Thank you for saying it seems. Some of us are working very hard to throw the evil redneck conservative homosexual Republicans from office. When you speak in terms of America please remember those who fought for the laws. George Bush breaks these laws daily and we are fighting very hard to remove the douchebag from power along with his false prophets that follow him. I would suggest in the future you use the term Republican when referencing the individuals that have committed these crimes against humanity in the name of America and God.

I'm afraid its the other way around!! There are people that want to kill and torture you for no other reason other than where you live. They have no respect for human life or dignity. And people want to make sure that when we catch these monsters they are treated better than most homeless americans.
and a dictator that gased his own ppl, tortured families, killed thousands of his own people. Americans say that his hanging was barberic, or he shouldn't have been executed!
