They are 73 years behind our civilization and democracy is trying to take hold with Pres. Fox but that highly depends on the economy because they have already sold out to many countries before and now, Especially Russia, and the Arabs, and Japan, and the Chinese etc., they like to sell there lots of things?????

They have the Executive branch(a guy who acts like "the God Father"),
The Legislature( the guys who set up the rackets and divide the loot), and,
The Judicial( the big guys who keep the "made guys" in line).

A very disastrous govt. full of greed and total corruption from top to bottom with little concern for its citizens.Rather than help their people, they encourage them to illegally enter America to work and sent money back to their homeland.Corrupt politicians and drug lords rule the populace without conscience.

Similar to ours, except the police are corrupt, the drug gangs run things, and the President takes whatever he can steal when he terms out.
