convert 1/2 into 2/4 into 4/8 and add 1/8... the answer is 5/8... easy as pie once you get the hang of conversions... have fun with your homework, kiddo ;)

well find a common denomenator

2 X _ = 8

it's 4

4/8 + 1/8 = 5/8

5/8 is the final answer, you can't reduce.

yup! it's 5/8!! cause, u hav to get their LCD, and wen u get their LCD, divide it in both Denaminator and multiply in the Numerator, then adD the numerator and Copy the denaminator!! GetzZ??ahihih^^
