I can't get this guy like out of my head. We dated for a bit but i'm losing it. I've gots to talk to him or i go depressed && end up crazy. The only thing that helps mee is if I just "be mean" && say really cruel things about him to my friends or some people that absolutely hate him.. but the way he treated mee keeps popping in my head.

The sad thing is I've gots another crush now too that is tottally the bad version of my ex.

women get emotionally attached by sex, so you need lots of meaningless rebound sex.

Im going thru the same thing, although not saying bad things about him. I am trying not to be depressed, and focus on straightening things out in my own life, like doing things around the house and watching movies. I find talking to my girlfriends about other topics helps me get perspective. However, he is still in the back of my mind. I think taking some personal time to recover is healthy. Give yourself a few days to let it go, then come back to the situation with a clearer head, and decide what to do about it.

I think you should take some time out for self... you need to sit down and take some time to get some counseling if you want to e-mail me sweety you can but other than that God does not like when someone is taking his place and anything you put before Him, you lose it so if you can't get a grab ahold of yourself your in for destruction such behavior can lead to fatality because if you put all your faith hope and trust in "man" "man" will disappoint you tremendously which could lead to suicide thoughts etc... everything has a cause and effect and you have to look at the things that happened or didn't happen to you and or for you in your past because that can have a major effect on your character, personality, the way you react to situations, and the process of your thoughts so you need to do some soul searching girl

The way to get over someone is to do something totally not related to them like i went on 3 month a holiday in 06 and i got over the girl in like the first 3 weeks, so ask your parents to go on a holiday or a camping trip or just do something that will take your mind off him

The same thing happened to me recently. It goes away with time. Not what u want to hear right? i found this book about relationships called The road less traveled by Peck its good except for the religious stuff in the last few chapters. It helped me see destructive patterns in my relationships. And a fun website about relationship styles is yourpersonality.net Theres a ton of quizzes about relationships to help you learn more about your style and why you are attracted to certain types of people etc

Go get laid! I know it sounds like a guy thing but you develop a bond in a relationship that is tough to forget. Until you break that bond that ties you two together it will be hard to forget about him.

Time is the only thing that will break that bond. Find other things and people to occupy your mind and time with. Eventually it will get easier. It's hard and it takes time.

If he likes you, why would you want to do that? If you and him want to part ways, just start finding flaws in him that really turn you off. Thats what I do and it... works for a time... than it usually comes back -.-
