Arnica gel can help bruises heal faster.
So can light massage of the area after the swelling, etc. has gone down.
To reduce the bruising early on, use cold packs/ice.

There really isn't any way to make them go away faster. When you first have an injury, if you ice it quickly, it can reduce the bruise.

buy a lemon and gently rub it over the bruise.. it'll take the colour out of it quicker than if you just left it on it's own

theres some like bruise cream stufgf but um ice and milk? i think does it. but just use ice and like make-up if u rly need 2
