Yes I did, this morning I volunteered at the historical museum, and this afternoon I went to a celebration of his life at church. Vicky Winans was the musical guest. This whole day has been very inspiring........

Yes, I took some time to think about all of the good things he did for this country, and countries around the world. He is a very brave, special man and I wish he was still alive today.

I guess you can say I did. I was shocked that my 14 year old didn't know the significance of the Civil Rights movement. Once again our piece of s h i t public school system drops the ball. I did a little home schooling today. She seemed receptive. I'll ask her again in a month. We're losing our history folks. It's now an individual responsibility to pass down the extraordinary events and people of our past.

I've been reading his book "Why We Can't Wait" all day before I got on here. We need more leaders like him. By the way I am a Canadian and I understand the importance of this day unlike some.

No...but I am aware of all he has done to have us come together as people no matter what race or what color and I truly appreciate that. Not just any man could do that. King was truly an amazing person.

No, I had my own dreams to follow today.
I know lots of people who are/were brave, smart, and courageous. They don't have a special day. When we have a "Brave smart, and courageous American" day, I'll include King.

I watched a Tv show about him for 30 minutes.
Yesterday they had his speech on climbing the mountain.
When he says," I might not get there with you but we will get there."
I always get tears in my eyes
One of the bravest men humans have had I think.
