Where could I find a man that is straight acting/drug & disease free and don't mind showing affection to another man?

"Straight acting" is a hideous phrase. If you mean masculine why not say masculine?

A lot of country guys tend to be that way from what I've seen. They're usually in the closet though, but still show the gayness in jokes.

It's hard enough to find a flawed gay man, but be patient and it will come to you. Or maybe just fish in a pond with more fishes to catch? Should I suggest Spain, UK or Canada?
