Yes you can. It's free to travel between any 'Schengen country'. I'm Dutch, when I jump in my car, I can just drive to Spain, there is no border control in the countries in between.

So, you should easily just be able to get an extra ticket to Spain on a Schengen visa.

From which country u got u'r schengen visa?
Usually if you want to go to spain first, u have to apply schengen visa from Spain then u can go to any of uni europe country. And remember when u apply for u'r schengen visa u have to write how long do you want to stay at europe. I think it is possible to get a ticket from philipine to spain then to amsterdam back to philipine. Depend which airlines do you want to use. It is better for you to ask direct to the travel agent.
