A name that goes with Emma ....................... probably something that doesn't sound like Emma (Gemma, Ella, Jenna, Anna, etc) and is no more than 2 syllables; a short, simple name that is classic, but not dull. here are some suggestions:
Boys -
Ryan, Jake, Riley, David, Angus, Dylan, James, Jack, Oliver, Lachlan, Hamish, Ethan,Thomas, Liam,
Girls -
Grace, Neve, Zara, Kate, Wendy, Louise, Charlotte, Lucy, Alice, Caitlin (or a variation of the spelling), Molly, Sophie,
Hope this helps. Good luck.

Girl- Madeline, Alexis, Ava, Tori, Brianna
Boy- Alexander (alex), James, Joseph, Corey.
Names don't have to go togehter though, remember, your children are all very different and they will all grow up to be different people. Naming them Gemma, Emma, Anna, and other rhyming names will not suit their personalities later because they won't be the same as each other.
