I've been working hard for two years without any form of financial incentive... how do I ask my boss for a raise?

Make a list of all the achievements you've made during the last two years, explaining why you deserve the raise. Make sure you are talking to the person who is in charge of giving you the raise and talk to them one-on-one in a quiet, private setting.

Go through every reason and don't start shouting or getting angry. Simply state your case and have everything written down. If you have letters of achievement or anything that you think merits your raise in writing, be sure to bring it.

Make a list of all the things you've done for the company in meeting and exceeding your job description. List all the secrets you know about your boss that again you are exceeding your job description in keeping, lol just kidding! Good luck..
