If you don't know by now, it's too late.
Surely you were given training and instructions before you left the hospital. If you did not, it probably your own fault.
I just hope you're not looking for some damn fool to change it for you.
As a last resort, just take it off and empty into a toilet.
I had mine installed in 1985.

Go and open it over the toilet, let it all out, stick in a tablet, close it up ....make sure you wear gloves, and flush the loo when youre done.

just unscrew at A,,,,,,, pull the little hose and pour in slot B...... and then when you are done screw in slot B,,,,unless you want to leave a little trail everywhere you go,,,
