she is 12 years old and sings, acts, dances, and plays piano. So nay website that would help her in her career goals would be helpful. She has been a preformer since 3yrs old and loves it so she know she wnats to do this for a living.

NONE!!! Besides being a HUGE security risk for you and your family, it won't help her career at all.
Get her an agent in either NYC or LA that specializes in child talent. An agent anywhere else won't do her a bit of good.
And she will need a professional headshot done before you even attempt to contact any of them. The good talent agencies probably get a 100 kids a week, you need to have a great package so that she'll stand out in the crowd.

I wouldn't post her pictures on any website. If you want her to have acting opportunities, find an agency. If you post her pic on the net you are basically letting every person in the entire world view it. Do you know how many pedophiles are out there? They are the ones who will be viewing it, not talent scouts.

Never put your pics on the net. Find a reputable agent that you trust to help you safely start your daughters career. It sounds like she is a triple threat! Agents love that. Make her a small press kit showcasing her talents and shop it around to local agents.
