This of course is possible, but depends on who is your registrar(the place you registered your domain name). Some registrar offer url forwarding. You can ask them to the needful in case they don't give any control panel access to the users.
If they dont offer URL forwarding. Then you can use some other DNS. There are numerous free DNS provider. One that I am aware of is zoneedit.com, all these service providers would have given instructions how to do forwarding. or redirecting. You can refer to FAQ

Just contact the registrar where you bought the olavehouse.net domain and tell them you want to forward it to http://peepslamafia.tripod.com/...etc.
If you have access to the control panel of your domain, you will be able to do this yourself too.

you're astounding - procuring area and having an internet corporation host it truly is going to fee you two times. they are many times distinct agencies. domains are low priced besides the undeniable fact that. in case you purchase it off the corporation you're getting to host your website, you would possibly want to get an introductory grant.

you can redirect users to your new site by placing this code in the index.html on the OLD SITE.

When this page loads, the user will be pushed to the new site without them needing to do anything. One user mentioned that you would need to do something with DNS. This is not possible because tripod will not allow DNS changes.......
