Not that I want to discredit your sixth sense, but I doubt they'll ever reach peace permanently.

You are joking, surely.
This has been going on for over 3,000 years.
Chances would have been much better for peace if the USA had not upset the balance of power by arming Israel to the teeth, including nuclear weapons.
Again, I do not think we will see it, so long as the USA keeps acting like the world's policeman.
