I just bought some 450 cc injectors, and I also have 560 cc injectors. But in case of emergency or if an injector fails, can I use the 560 cc injectors? also therefore using different size injectors in my car at the same time? I think it should be fine, but I've never heard of anyone doing it.

Thank you everyone for the great answers. That makes sense, because if an injector is bigger and you are flowing at the same rate you will be getting more/less fuel, depending if your injectors are bigger/smaller then the original injectors. Thanks!

Injectors don't often absolutely fail leaving you stranded, it of course can happen, but not really high on the list of probabilities.

No, you shouldn't mix sizes. It'll confuse the computer, which has tables built-in to ascertain how many milliseconds it should be pulsing it for a desired effect.

Plus, it might give a higher flow, and not permit the gas to vaporize as intended. Will probably COST you more than it will SAVE.

Bad idea, unless it's just to get you out of a jam. A larger injector will give you more fuel with the same pulse width and cause that one cylinder to run rich. Vice-versa on using a smaller injector- that could actually burn a hole in your piston by running too lean!

Very bad idea. The larger injector will wash down that cylinder and could destroy your engine.

No, obviously the volume of fuel being sprayed into each cylinder is not going to be equal, it won't run right
