They fight all the time and are so loud. Screaming, stomping, crying, shouting, and somteims swearing. I have asked them to be quiet but they got really mad at me and it didn't solve anything. So I strarted complaining to the landlord. they now have two written warnings... but they know and the landlord told me that since they have a lease.. she can't kick them out without going to court. I have thought of breaking my lease, but really can't move right now.. I am pregnant and off on medical leave to rest... What should I do... just keep complaining. They deny it and told the landlord they don't yell and swear at their kids, lol.. I offered to record it on tape for the landlord. I get so upset. I have such a peaceful happy home and well behaved kids.. and then I listen to some other family yelling and screaming chasing their kids around the house. I have thought of calling the police, but it is never past bedtime... What can I do? I get so mad... it is disruptive and disrepectful

You are supposed to have quiet enjoyment of your home. If you are being denied this then the landlord has to act.
Even if there is a lease there are stipulations about disturbing other tenants. I would check with the landlord tenant act and call the rental board to find out if there is some action you can take.
Get your lease out and read it carefully.
Maybe there is a clause in there that will make your landlord act or give you grounds to have him pay for your move out and ability to break the lease.
I know you don't have alot of energy, but do you really think things are any good for you now.....I am sure you could get help from friends to find a place and have them help you move. All you have to do is ask.....
This atmosphere that your family is in, is not healthy....

I am so sorry you are going through this. Are there not renters rights? I am a home owner so I am not sure about rights of renters. Does your lease contain anything about noise pollution? Would it be cheaper to pay the court costs to have the landlord evict them? I would make a few tapes or even a video recording for the date and time stamp just to have in case it could go to court.

I wish for you to win the lottery so you may have a big home in the country with NO neighbors... Good Luck!!

Well you could move since you will have a child or talk to them about how its to loud again or you can be loud too and see how they like it :)
