states who are not linked togeter for driving records?

well I lost my driving licence at Colrado, when I moved to Florida they are not giving me a licence, roomer has it thet there are few states will who are those states please.

"Roomer" is wrong. If you lost your licene, all the states will be able to check.

All states are linked and rightfully so. Driving is a PRIVILEGE NOT A RIGHT. If you have done something in one state that warrants having your license taken away then obviously you do not deserve to drive.
