If its really in there, and really really stuck, the best way to do is with clean fingers, use some lube ,and then try to get it, the lube makes it easier to slide in and get it, hope that helps! and good luck!

Grab the string and slowly ease it upwards. It will hurt and it might feel as though it's stuck, but the most important thing is to relax. Your vaginal muscles tighten if you're not relaxed enough to do things like insert a tampon (or remove one), which is why you need to calm down and take some deep breaths. If this doesn't work, and you've tried several times, get your fingers in there and just yank it out as hard as you can. Yes it WILL hurt (I had to do that once) and yes your fingers will get messy but the most important thing is to get your tampon out.

If the string comes off, get two fingers around the outside of the tampon and pull as hard as you can, at an upwards angle. This will hurt, because the tampon will already be swollen enough, but if it's what's needed, then just do it.

What was your friend thinking when she said ask your boyfriend to take it out? That's gross! Your boy probably knows or cares very little about periods and tampons, etc etc. The string is there to remove it!

There should also be instructions for removal in the packet of tampons you would've bought.

Good luck!

Dont panik. Leave it in until its soaked up really full and then just bear down or sit ont he toilet and push real hard. It will come foward until you can reach it with your fingers

This you can find in the "instructions" that come in the box too.

I saw a previous poster got an invection from it, thats unusual but yes can happen since you arent supposed to leave a tampon in for that long. Dont leave it in all day and all night.. if it doest soak full enough by tonight so you can push it out then go get help

This is a serious problem. I'm not kidding. It happened to me.
I didn't want to ask my husband to fish around in there and get it out. So I left it in for a day or so. I got a really bad infection. I got really sick and had to be in the hospital for 2 weeks.
Ask your boyfriend to remove it, if he doesn't want to, or if he can't get it out...GO TO YOUR LOCAL ER. I'm not kidding.
They will not laugh at you. This can seriously endanger your life
with a serious infection if it's not removed.
The er doc will probably write you a prescription for antibiotics
just to be on the safe side, after he or she removes it. Take all
of those pills exactly as they tell you to.

Don't be embarrassed this happens a lot. The ER doc that admitted me to the hospital said that they get a lot of cases like that and I should of come in much sooner than I did. If I had I wouldn't have got sick and had to stay in there.

Calm down. You need to relax, that will help ease it out.
Now,after you have relaxed,GENTLY stick your index, and thumb,a little up you vagina. Spread you fingers. Now,take your other had,and use the same fingers to TRY to get it out.If there is any difficulty pulling out,go to the emergency room NOW.Ask for a Gianacologist immeadiately.(Thats a lady doctor ho specializes in this sort of thing.)
And finally after going through this,I really would not suggest using tampons for a long while. Your body is probably in shock.
I'll pray for you, and I hoped my answer helped!

Just ask someone to take it out, or grease it up with the juice, if you know what I mean.

You're probably nervous and tight. Just relax and use your finger to work it out

either have your boyfriend help you take it out - or go to the emergency room... if it's left in there too long, you will get an infection
